Returns & Refunds Policy

Change-of-mind returns

We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on unused products in their original sealed packaging. Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, report it within 7 days with photos and we will provide a full replacement, repair or refund at our cost. All EZRA products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty.

How to start a return

Email sales@xtech.net.au with your order number. We respond within 1 business day with your return authorisation.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item.

• Applied screen protectors
• Final-sale items

Your consumer rights

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected by this policy.
