Free standard shipping Australia-wide on all retail orders over $75 AUD. Orders are dispatched via Australia Post and delivered Australia-wide only. Find our full shipping rates, delivery times and wholesale info below.
Delivery times
Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day. Estimated delivery times via Australia Post: Sydney metro 1–3 business days; NSW regional 2–5 business days; VIC, QLD, ACT 3–6 business days; SA, TAS, WA, NT 5–10 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Shipping costs
Free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $75 AUD. For orders under $75: standard shipping $9.95 flat rate, express shipping $14.95 flat rate. Wholesale shipping is calculated based on order volume and destination — contact us at mharkaty@xtech.net.au for a custom quote.

Damaged items and returns
