At X-Tech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and we're here to make the return and refund process as smooth and transparent as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Simple and straightforward returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on unused products in their original sealed packaging. In this instance, the customer pays for return postage. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please report it within 7 days, and we will replace it free of charge. All EZRA products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty for your peace of mind.
To initiate a return, simply email mharkaty@xtech.net.au with your order number. We will respond within 1 business day with a return authorisation. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that opened in-ear earphones, applied screen protectors, and final-sale items are non-returnable. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
Our refund and replacement policy
If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days for unused products in sealed original packaging. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. In the case of faulty or damaged items, we provide a full replacement, repair, or refund at our cost, provided the issue is reported within 7 days with supporting photos.
All refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned product. We aim to ensure a fair and efficient resolution for all customers.
